Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Identifies resources required for each task. Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelors degree in information systems, business, or other related functional discipline. This position requires a minimum of six years experience, of which at least three years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes developing functional requirements for complex integrated systems. Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under only general direction. With a Masters degree in the fields described above, four years experience is required, of which at least two years must be specialized as described above. With five years experience of which at least eight years is specialized as described above, a degree is not required.
